| mine hate brushing and lola will not even let me get near her mouth with a toothbrush...i started using tropiclean clean teeth gel and this works for me..so much easier to just glide my finger around then to make her understand a toothbrush will not hurt her..

| I like CET toothpaste the best (so does Jackson). HealthyMouth is good stuff, but pricey. Petzlife has always worked well for us too.

| recommendation I use Nylabone oral care foam ( from petsmart ) It works well to prevent buildup and bad breath. I use it sparingly a few times a week. |

| I use Petrodex Natural Dental Care Kit Dog Peanut Toothpaste (you can get a good deal on Amazon) and my dog GG loves it. I try to choose the one with less chemicals since it's going to be digested. I put a bit on my fingers and brush his teeth. I'm working up to use finger brush and then the actual brush. I usually have to hold him from licking it off because he thinks it's a treat lol. A good alternative is Cain & Able Kissable. |
