| Buddy Belt questions My puppy is 5 months old and 3.4 pounds. What size belt would you suggest for her? She escapes out of every harness I have purchased. Also, if you could only have one, what color would you get for a little girl? |

| Certainly not a 3. My little girl is 9 months old and a little over 5 pounds and the 2 is perfect. I actually got a 3 first and it was way too big. |

| They have a size chart. I would figure the girth is the most important part??? Buddy Belts Measure & Fit |

| I am a Buddy Belt retailer and I agree with the others above, probably a Size 2. Chest measurement is very important. Wrap a measuring tape around your pup's torso, right behind the front legs. The tape should be directly against the skin. As for color, I love them all.

| Just my opinion, Maximo knows buddy belts and is very helpful. She can tell you what size to order for your pup. All the colors are great. I love them. Definately, contact her. |

| Bailee is 5 1/2 lbs, 12" girth and has the cocoa. He wears a size 3. We LOVE the BB and have recommended it to many friends.

| I'd honestly wait. Buddy Belts are not as easy to purchase as the $12 kitten/puppy nylon harness your puppy will grow out of in 2 months. If you must have one now, then PM Maximo. She's beyond awesome in customer service and will really help you find the right fit.

| If I were you, I'd wait until she finishes growing... If you don't want to wait, go through Maximo, she is great

| Maximo help me with my Budy Belt for Rambo. She's the best!!! I feel so much safer with Rambo wearing this now when we go for walks. There is no way he can get out of this.

| I went with the black. First of all because he's a boy but also, I don't know what colour he's going to end up being once he changes (looking to be more silver right now) and black goes with everything. It looks good on him. Right now Rambo's body is black and with the black buddy belt and black leash he looks GOOD!!!! HAHAHA
