| Puppy Tote Ok.....I think the puppy totes are just adorable and would love to carry my little Reeses everywhere I go. However, I don't find that there are really that many stores that let you bring a pet in. How do you do it? Would it be a waste of money? Or do you just sneak your pups in? Advise please! |

| Ive gotten in trouble taking chloe places so I dont even try anymore. I have seen a lot of people that are able to get away with bringing thier dogs to the mail or retail store in a closed in stroller. You might try that.

| A stroller would be a little much for me to handle.....since I have a 4 year old daughter that I have to chase down in the store as well. But thanks for the idea. Guess I will just have to do without the cute bag. |

| I use a bag to take Stewie to the vet and to keep him in the car sometimes (when I'm not using the car seat)

Sorry I dont mean to discourage. Closed in bags would probobly work too. Like the kind that have the mesh windows. I had chloe in a bag that she could stick her head out of in target and they kicked me out. Now my other carrier looks much more like a purse and I havent ever had a problem with that one but ever since I got kicked out of target I really dont take Chloe in stores too much anymore. I know several member sneak their dogs everywhere so they will be more helpful

| I think it depends on where you live. As long as we don't go anywhere that sells groceries, I *carry* Loki and have gotten away with it. It's easier if he's wearing a hoodie and looks like a kid! We have a lot of pet friendly places here. In the summer I take Loki to restaurants where I can sit outside and it would be very helpful to have a bag to keep him in so I don't have to hold him or make him lay down. I'm hoping for a Petote one for Christmas. www.petote.com

| I am a certified sneaker. I take Shelby everywhere and I mean everywhere. No one notices us. The bag just looks like a soft purse. I don't have a 4 year old with me though One child is enough for me to handle. Shelby is usually very good but if she starts to squirm or squeek I leave. Practice at home. Most dogs love the purse but not all of them. |

| i take rocky everywhere i take my rocky everywhere. he just saw walk the line and went to the louis vuitton store to see what bags he fit best in. they didn't say a word.he goes to restaurants all over and even chaperoned my 7th graders dance! he is 3 1/2 pounds now so its easy but he'll probably be 5 but i plan on keeping him with me when not at work. unfortunately hospitals won't let you bring them to work as i am a nurse. i'm going to get him therapy certified though so you never know |

| I too take my babies in tons of stores. I used to use a carrier but have found the stroller much easier. When I fly I sneak one with me into the airport restaurants and they have never noticed. The two bags I use are 1.) the Petote Roxy fka the Bali. They are much cheaper now a days than from when I got one. 2.)The Tote-o-Pet by Celltei. I love that it looks like a big purse. I got the linen with brown leather trim. Both bags close up completly so that the dog's head cannot poke out. There are TONS more out there, you just really have to look. Trust me, it's like an addiction. I am always on the hunt.

| i have 2 bags, one black shoulder bag and one clutch. both look like a purse. thus far, i've taken my bunjee into macy's, target, joann fabrics, grocery store, and on the bus in one of my bags. bed bath and beyond had a sign that said "no pets allowed in the store" so i respected that even tho they probably would never have noticed. the way i see it, unless it's blantenly labeled "no pets allowed"...i'm gonna see if i can get away with it. i usually walk him a little to tire him out before going into a store so that he wouldn't be nosey and want to stick his little head out of the bag to look, and is content with peeking out the mesh.
