| Super Large Piddle Pads I know there are a lot of good pee pads out there, but I thought I would share my recent purchase. I have two puppies and they go thru a lot of pee pads. I feel like I am always changing them out. And, I have noticed that the pads (although the same company) vary in quality from bag to bag. I found some super large piddle pads at Dr. Fosters and Smith. They do cost a little more, but they are almost twice the size of my old pee pads. I bought the large pee pad holder and love it. I have to fold the pee pads over just a little bit on the sides to fit in the pad holder so they do not hang over the edge, but that has worked great as Abby likes to pee by the boarder. The pads are 29 X 36 in size. They run $39.00 for 60 pads. The large pad holder is 37 x 25 and runs $47.99. So not the cheapest by far, but seem to be good quality thus far. The pad holder folds up for easy storage and transport. The site offers free shipping for orders over $49.00. Their web address is: www.drsfostersmith.com If anyone else has found the over sized pee pads elsewhere, please let me know. Last edited by AbbyMax; 10-12-2011 at 09:25 AM. Reason: add web address |

| We aren't in the states anymore for a while but when we were we bought the ones in the adult diaper section at walmart or cvs that are meant as bed pads. They were quite large and cheap. I think we were getting a large bag for 11.00 and I think they were 30 something by 30 something. You might check them out.

| I buy the 24 X 36 size pads from Ryan and LOVE them! They are at least twice as thick as any other pad I've tried and the larger size makes for much better accuracy! You will get twice as many for the price you are paying from Fosters too! 23"x36" Puppy Pads I get mine in the case of 150, packed 10 to the pkg. I love these pads (as much as one can love a pee pad! ) Customer service is also a huge plus. When I order, they come in no more than 2 days! Sometimes they are there the very next day! How he does this is beyond me. No one else delivers to me this quickly. I think he has an "in" with Fedex or USPS! Don't want to knock your discovery, but wanted to let you know about an even better deal! I had never seen the large pee pad holder you listed though. Mine will not walk onto a pee holder to use it. Weirdest thing I ever saw. They will walk around it, whine from having to go so bad, and finally pee beside it! Not just one of them but all 3!!! How is that even possible when other dogs use them just fine? I think my dogs talked it over and decided not to use it. But if they would use it, I'd love to have a large holder. The 2 X 3 foot size made a world of difference in the accuracy of my pups. They stopped peeing off the side of the pad for the most part. There is an occasional miss but not like before. Try Ryan -- at newpuppypads.com you won't be sorry!

| Thanks for all the great info. I have bookmarked Ryan's site for my next purchase. It is always hit or miss when buying potty pads so it is great to get some referrals/reviews. |

| Gracie has been trained to use the pee pads in the holder since she was a little one. I have wanted to switch to larger ones but could not find a larger holder and was concerned about having to spend more besides. I guess I will give it a try though. I am usually home to take her out but when I do have to be away for the day she can fill the small frame up pretty quick. I'll have to check FS for the bigger frame. Thanks. |
