| Crate Advice It's time to get the pups in their own beds at night for real this time So I was looking around at crates and just bought the Best Crate 24" L by 20" W by 23" H crate for 31.00 each free shipping. Do you guys have any experience with these crates and would the size work fine for a bedtime crate for a 6lb yorkie and 10lb silky terrier. both dogs are about 12" length and about 10-12" tall. |

| Ziva's crate is 24L x 16W x 16 H and is plenty big enough. It is an airline type crate with a crate pad (the type with bolstered edges) and a fleece blanket in it. It is tucked in a quiet corner and she goes in it occassionally for a little peace and quiet during the day but dives for it when she gets tired at night. I am such a light sleeper I need to know she is safe. |

| http://www.happydogplace.com/dogs/im...ucts/DSA24.jpg I think this is the same size you are talking about, but this is the one I have. Peanut is 4.5 lbs. He sleeps in it every night, and sometimes in the evening. He loves it in there!! I made it like a little man cave for him! I put 2 used pillows on the bottom for the padding, and a big fleece throw for his blanket, and then a little doggie blanket in there. He goes in and starts digging his little hole, makes it all comfy and plops down! Then I go in and cover him up and snuggle him in more!! LOL. Oh and I put a blanket over the top around the cage so no air gets in there, we leave our fan on in the bedroom and our AC!! I would say this size is more than enough room for your furbutts!
