| Best Shampoo (readily available) I've read posts here about MinkSheen products and plan to order some (assuming that is the 'best' ???), but Sugar Bear needs a bath TODAY. **Disclaimer** We apparently know nothing about good dog products (having unwittingly fed our Daisy fairly expensive junk food until we learned better ), so the only options we can think of for fur care are (1) Johnson's Baby Shampoo, (2) Mane & Tail, or (3) Whatever commercially available brand of shampoo we can find at Petco/Petsmart/Target/Walmart. Suggestions, please? Also, is Minksheen really the 'best' product I should order? |

| I LOVE it. I use it on 4 different breeds and it really does leave them soft and shiny. For my yorkie girl though I also use pet silk liquid serum. Minksheen is fairly priced I'd say, as I bought the gallon for $39, 7 months ago, and still have half left. However, you'll see a lot of people here use different types. ITry it and if you don't like it buy another one till you find something you do like. However, I would use it for bait before you decide it's not for you. Just so it has time to work. |

| I've used Minksheen for a long time, I've used other products as well. I keep going back to the Minksheen, I just bought a new bottle. I have a collection of shampoos for Buster & Maggie. I really like it, it makes the coat soft and easy to brush after a bath. Buster matts and it is great for that. I want to try Biogroom, I've heard it's good.

| I love Minksheen. I used it for over two years with great success. I have also used Coat Handlers products and love them too. I recently changed to Crown Royale at the suggestion of Lolli's sire's owner. Not only does she own one of the top Yorkies in America, Stringer's Something's Gotta Give, aka Jack (who just happes to be Lolli's sire) she is a professional groomer. The Crown Royale leaves Lolli's coat easy to groom and luxuriously shiny. Last edited by chattiesmom; 04-12-2011 at 04:48 AM. |

| I love bio-groom products. I did not like minksheen on my dogs.
