LOL! That is all I can do too My grandmother taught me how to do that much but I never got the hang of the rest. I bought a book, yarn, and some needles a few months ago because I want to see if I can teach myself to make something. My grandmother passed away last week at 98 years old. I have fond memories of her crocheting

| When I was in highschool, my mom showed me, and I made a big blanket,( that I still have) But ,I could never do the corners well, or stop or start on my own, I should give it a try again too.

| LOL! A long time ago! I tried over the summer, but I have no idea what I made, it looks nothing like a blanket!!! It kind of turned into some kind of bag!!! Sorry, I'm no help to you.

| I learned to crochet when I was 7. My granny taught me to make "pocketbooks" and string rugs. I have forgotten about that til Waistfull asked. Now, I am interested again. Maybe these long winter months will serve some purpose. I have Granny Square throws that I made and lace for pillowcases.. I, too, can only do it for a short while. I won't finish one throw/blanket til I am a hundred... |
