| Puppia Harness I am looking to buy Louis a puppia harness. I am not sure what size to get. He normally weighs 6lbs 8ozs (just recently he weighed 5lbs 8ozs because he was treated for pancreatitis) I am sure he will be back to his normal weight soon. His chest is 13." The size chart for puppia says xs for his chest, but size s for his normal weight. Should I go by his chest or his weight? Does anyone else have one and what is your dogs size/measurements? Thanks!

| Another note about Puppia harnesses. The neck is very small in the XS size so that's why I got Patti a size small also. I just had to adjust the size a little so it would fit her because the small was a little big. If Louis is 5 lbs I would go with the small. I took both mine to the store to fit them on and I'm glad I did because the XS would have been too small.

I got a Red One and Purple because they were darker colors and my babies are into everything when we walk. I have a couple of other harnesses and the Puppia Small is more like the XSmall in the other harnesses, so I would definitely go with the Small. They are wonderful, don't pull and very safe!!!!! Hope you like them as much as I do.

| You may want to take a look at a Choke Free Harness Here is a link to a thread back in May http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/fea...ml#post3139695 or www.chokefree.com We use them on all 4 of our "kids". Not cheap but the harness wears well. They also make an attachment for car seat buckles. It is a local company in Merritt Island FL and turn around is fairly quick. Orders tho' are made only through Pet Stores/Boutiques and there is a list of them on the website.

| I love puppia, the step in, is my favor, I just order a new xs pink for Melody is on the way, yayy, they are comfortable and lite, and they don't make the hacking sound either at all, like some step in harness do, the only think that I find it a little warm for the hot, hot summers, other than that I use the BB orChastiesmom, or cetecea for the hot days, even if they stay in the car with ac and stroller with cooling pads, I just paranoid about getting to hot for them, I rather they stay at home with the ac PS: the link http://www.southpawpetsupply.com/sob...all&color=pink
