I ordered some BowBiz bows on 2/13 and received an email saying they shipped on 2/16. I still haven't received them. Is this normal? I can't wait to try the bows on my Roxie!

Susan is wonderful and your bows will arrive, they are coming from Cananda so it takes longer bc of customs. I live in CT and I recieved my bows about 10 after they shipped. You will love the bows!!! make sure you post pictures

Well worth the wait!!

BowBiz is great. I wondered about the time too the first time I ordered, but apparently it takes awhile for shipping from Canada. Believe me, it is well worth the wait!

Susans bows are worth the wait. They are gorgeous bows it just takes a little longer with them coming from Canada.

You're right... you ordered on Sat Feb 13 and your bows were made quickly and shipped within only 2 business days on Tues Feb 16. The actual timeframe for orders promised to be shipped out is within 7 business days... so yours went out quickly!

Generally it takes from 4-10 business days to arrive, once they are shipped (usually they arrive on the earlier side) See SHIPPING INFO. So, since your package shipped on Feb 16, it is scheduled to arrive in the Feb 22-Mar 2 range... this means you're still on track.

While it may take a few extra days for BowBiz bows to arrive to the US from Canada, the turnaround is always quick - as my orders are usually out the door within days.

As a bonus, most times there's a little extra free surprise or two in your package which makes the extra couple of days worth the wait.

I just checked and see that your sweetie will be getting something extra that is cute, lavender and satin, plus a package of grooming bands ... I'm sure Roxie will be happy!

I Love her BowBiz Bows. So many to choose from & the quality is fantastic! She even made up for a mistake on ordering that was my mistake. You will be pleased!!

Oooh, I like surprises. I've never ordered from you, I will have to check out your site. I am always sewing new dresses for my furbabies, the bow is a beautiful compliment to the outfits.

Yup, shipping from/to Canada takes longer and while we like to try and predict when a package will arrive, it all depends on customs.

I've had orders get there in 3 days and I've had orders that have taken a month- talk about a pain.

But, it sounds like you ordered from a GREAT place, I've read lots of great things about her.

I highly recommend BowBiz Bows. I, too, ordered from them. Not only did receive beautiful bows, but she included many extras. I will always use BowBiz for both my babies....

I received my bows (and the awesome extras) at last! They are gorgeous and so well made! Now I just need someone to point me in the direction of how to use these bows correctly.
