| Gina, I get my step in harnesses from upcountry they have a really large selection and make harnessess in XXS and XS they also have the matching leashes. They are a little more expensive but made very well and they are the only ones I have found that come so tiny. http://www.upcountryinc.com/index.cfm

I am so new to all this,is this a better harness than the vest harness? I looked at Petedge for the harness size but don't see one small enough for Satch. How big is your Tatum ?

I think it's a personal preference really. I like the step-in harness but don't really care for vest harnesses. Tatum doesn't normally wear clothes. Maybe a jacket type thing when it's really cold but that's it. I bought the smallest of those step-in harnesses from Petedge and it fits her great. It is adjustable so you can make it quite smaller when they're babies. Tatum is right around 5 lbs but we've had this one since she was much smaller. She's a little over 1.5 years old now.

| I use the step in harness and love them. KV Vet Supply has them and the small are less than 5 dollars. I buy several at a time and give one with each puppy that leaves my home. http://www.kvvet.com/KVVet/product_f...DD35B45F3BDA50

Tatum was barely 1 lb. when she was 9 weeks old and by the time I got her this particular step-in harness, she was closer to 2 or 3 lbs. I think the smallest size one will work for you since it's adjustable. Good luck.
