| Minkshine and Splash and Shine Are both of these products tearless? And Chris Christensen? Is it tearless as well. These are the 3 products I have seen the most. I have a yorkie that is almost a year old and I am trying to figure out which is the best and safest because she's still a baby to me. From the looks of her hair, I am pretty sure she has silky hair. Thank you for any info anyone can provide!! |

| Do you have any that you can test? The last time I used a sample of a natural dog shampoo and wanted to be sure that it was tearless (because the package didn't say one way or the other), I took a little and dabbed it in my own eye. There was no irritation at all.

| No I don't have any I can try. I didn't think of that. I guess I will have to purchase some and see which one is right for her. |

| I use the Yorkie Splash & Shine and Sophie has never had any eye irritation. If you go to the Yorkie Products and Reviews Forum here on YT you will see a lot of comments on Yorkie S & S.

| Minksheen is not a tearless shampoo. I don't think CC is, either, but their website should tell you. I've never used splash & shine. I use Minksheen on the body and back of head/ears and I love the results. Then I use Biogroom's tearless shampoo just on their faces.

| If your baby has a silky coat, minksheen is sure to bring out the sheen in it. I love that product for Buddy's coat, silky also. His coat get's dried in the winter months, we have electric heat which is a killer on the hair. This past weekend I applied added conditioner after using Minksheen and wha hoo his coat looks great again. Minksheen has conditioner in it but the added application of another conditioner did the trick for him and me. |

| Thank you everyone for the advice. I have been using J&J baby shampoo. After reading what a few people have said about it, I need to find a different shampoo. I am trying to make bath time as comfortable as possible. Coco hates being groomed! |
