| Puppy Purses Hi everyone. I have seen one or two questions on Puppy Purses, but they sort of went toward puppy carriers. Does anyone have a Puppy Purse or know someone who has used one. I am unsure about the quality and safety. Of course the website that sells them posts all rave reviews... I would apprecitate any input especially by those who have used them. Thanks! Edgar's Mommy |

| I'm curious about the puppy purses, too. I have shoulder problems and don't need any extra weight, but the puppy purse seems to offer a little extra control. However, I wonder about 2 things: 1) are they strong enough? if the strap breaks the dog will fall; 2) do they cut of the dog's circulation in the legs? it doesn't look very comfortable to have the legs dangling like that. Anybody know? |

| Oh, now I know what this is. I personally would not use one. I have regular carriers, but when I need to be hands-free, I have a front carrier - kind of like a baby carrier. It's great. |

| yes, that's the one i'm talking about. i have seen one on the website w/a little yorkie in it and think it's cute. but i think what i think is cute is really the "vest" part in that bright yellow/green color. i've also looked for some sling type bags but most of them are kinda weird also. like carrying a real baby... |

| I was thinking maybe doggy's legs would go numb from hanging if left in it to long. As far as the strap breaking part, I guess really no different then other regular carriers with a strap that could break.

| I have one for each of my dogs and IMO they work great! It takes a while for them to get used to it. I carried my babies around in it at home for a few days. They didn't mind at all! |

| I saw them today at a pet boutique and they were priced at $80. I wasnt very impressed with the quality. I personally dont think they look comfortable for the dog either.
