| Cute Harnesses (web site) Do any of you use a harness when you walk your Yorkie? I really like them. Not only are they safer, they are SO cute! I found a web site where you can have them made. They are pretty affordable too. Here is the link: www.atoyvilleproduct.com Just scroll down until you see the link on the left. They have lots of fabrics to choose from for boys and girls. I ordered two of them and they came in really fast.

| I love the harness type collars. Due to Schatzie's rapid growth spurts she only has one left now that actually fits. So I will definately have to lake a look at this site. The one she has now is adorable, It's blue with white little daisy's sewed on it, he he. It's also sooooo easy to use, she just steps into the two holes with her front paws and it snaps in the back. The other one's had to go through her neck, then one paw in a hole, etc...It kinda got to be a pain, especially if Schatzie wanted to act like she had ants in her pants. (can dogs wear pants? LOL)

| It fastens with Velcro. I have the xxs ones, and they seem to hold pretty tight. I guess it depends on the dog if it is tight enough. Maybe you could test one out and see if it holds well enough for your doggy? I love all the prints....I can't wait to get some more. They look like they'd be pretty comfy in summer too....light weight enough.

| Thanks again, Bitsy! I would imagine that the velcro should hold well for Toto at 4 lbs. They look so much easier to put on than the one she has now ... the neck and girth are both adjustable and although it works well, I get tired of the same 'ol, same 'ol!! I loved the ones that matched the lacy pants!

| Thanks Bitsy! When I get my new Yorkie I am going to have to have one or (or Five)!! Those are so cute! I don't think they look to heavy for spring/summer. I love the pink/white gingham. I'm sure my daughter will have to have the black with purple flowers. Purple is the big thing to her! She had to buy our Maggie(RIP) a purple collar and leash! Anyway, thanks again. I love looking at doggie appearal sites and I hadn't come across that one yet. Plus it was very reasonably priced - another good thing!

| I love the made to order fabric harnesses....but gracie did not.....I ordered one from www.petcollarsandmore.com was really cute and I had it lined with satin, it also attached with velcro, and had a buckle for safety........even had her name put on it, but alas.......the velcro ALWAYS pinched her hair. , and I keep her in a puppy cut. I can't imagine what it would be like with longer hair!! The lady who runs the buisness is fabulous, and I called and spoke to her directly and was extremely helpful............. They also come with snaps, instead of velcro, and still have the safety buckle. Perhaps I should have gotten the snap closures..... Hers were also adjustable........If anyone orders , please consider the snaps instead of velcro for your babies comfort. |

| I loved the site. I noticed the t-shirts were a lot cheaper than some of the others I've been on. My husband and son think I'm nuts(lol) I don't even have my pup yet and already shopping for clothes and harnesses for her. I am debating on what kind of purse would be more comfortable for a smaller yorkie puppy. Thanks for the site I've already ordered some things lol |

| Here is a the best "small carrier" I could find. My Sophie is only 2 lbs. and she fits in it really nicely. The other ones I have (I have 5 altogether...yikes! ) are wayyyy too big right now. The company was really great too. Very friendly and very quick shipping! (Reasonably priced too!) www.4dogsncats.com/index.html

| Step in Harrness Hi all, Bitsy and Chachi I'm from Indiana too Anyway I've been looking at this web site for a Harrness. They seem to be easier to use, I think. I never thought about some or all of the Harrness pulling their hair. They are nothing fancy, I may get one to try. phydeaux.com |

| Just ordered some more harnesses from this site. Sophie is a little bigger now, so I am needing some with some growing room. I'll post some pics of her in them when they come in!
