| AMD - Please tell us about your antlers! I just went to your Westbrook Dog site and saw you had antlers for sale (though the pics were broken). Please describe what they are...and their texture, etc. Are they super hard, or do they soften up with chewing? Do they have a flavor to them? What animals do they come from...deer, elk, or some other critters? Are they fresh or dried? Are they treated with anything? A lot of questions, I know...but inquiring minds and all that... I asked at my local feed store and they had no clue whatsoever...

| I'm not AMD, but we have Antlerz and my girls love them. Ours are the Antlerz brand, in the small size. They are deer antlers that have been naturally shed. There is no specific flavor to them other than what comes naturally. They are edible, but my girls have been gnawing on theirs for 5 months now and they barely have scratches on them!!!!!!!

| I'm not AMD but I have bought antlers in the past and Lola loves them. They're very hard and last for a very long. I would recommend them if your lil one like to chew! Also, they don’t splinter or break apart like wood, they disintegrate. Hope this help some

| Thanks for the input everybody! Guess the next time I order goodies for little Zo, I'll get her one and see what she has to say about it...lol. Heaven knows, next to playing fetch, chewing is her favorite thing. She purely loves her bullies.

| I needed some more bully sticks, i'm glad I seen this post. My Boston terrier is the most destructive chewer I have ever seen, I can't keep toys where she can get them because she destroys them in about a minute. The Antlers sound like something she might actually get a little bit of a chew work out with so I just placed my bully stick order and added 2 antlers. I probably should have ordered 5 so everyone had their own lol I'll be sure to come back and let everyone know how a hard chewer does with one.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | We got one for Izzy about a year ago and she would not touch it - but now that we have Cosmo and boy he is a chewer and can go through a bully stick in one day..I found the antler buried in our toy box and gave it to him and he loves it - he is a hard chewer and he has put a few marks on it but not like he does with the bully sticks. I also got the small one.

| Well, I've given it a while, but so far Zoey isn't much interested in her new antler. She'll give it a few chews, but then drops it in favor of any other toy at hand. Drat. I was so hoping she'd go for something that would take a while to chew up. She goes through those bullies in nothing flat. It's just costing us too much.
