| Need a Toy to Last for Hours! Okie dokie.. Does anyone know what the toys are called that you hide treats inside of them? They're supposed to be made of really, really tough rubber that their teeth can't break and they have to work and work on it to get the food out.. Any clues?

| Yes, Kong's. Many sizes and shapes to choose from in different colors. They consist of a real hard rubber.

| My dogs dont care for kongs. But all dogs are different. My dogs like squeaky rubber toys and plush squeaky toys. And FYI, the Kongs that uses the kong paste is extremely messy.

| i put a piece of hickory smoked chicken breast in there and lucky will work for hours trying to get it out. we actually have two. a small one that had a picture of a yorkie on it ( it's to easy for him). and the medium one (takes a little longer to get the treat out). we also got the hickory smoke chicken berast from the pet store also. real chicken breast but hard (good for the teeth). will keep him busy for hours ( on a good day).

| Zoe has three kongs. 2 are the puppy kongs and then one is a red kong. We attatched a long shoe lace through one one of them and she spins in circles with the kong flying aroung her. We also put a greenie in them and letting part of it hang out. She usually eats the part that is hanging out and then goes crazy trying to get the little nub that is left over, which we don't like her trying to eat the little nubs anyway because we are affraid she will choke. She loves them.

| Just as an FYI, there are some other brands besides Kong that make different shaped toys that you can hide treats/food inside. I don't remember the name of them but I saw them on a few different websites. One is shaped like a dumbell and one had 2 pieces that screwed together and you could make it easier or harder for the treats to come out. |
