| Buyer beware Please do not buy anything from Sassypup.net I ordered my first two puppy harnesses from them. I received them without any problems. Ordered my third one, was charged for it. I never received it. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying it was in the mail....it was on the way, etc. One month later, I am demanding my refund and they are saying they already refunded me......I have no credit from them in my account. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! |

| I am so sorry your were taken in by these crooks. Now you should report it to the police and better business bureau. I sure hope you can get your money.

| Sassypup. net is a very reputable online pet clothing store . . she has very good business ethics . . as well as a featured seller in this forum . . am sure there must be a misunderstanding. She has proof of tracking all merchandise and to completely ignore you like that is unlike her . . . |

| First, we note on our site that these are special ordered harnesses and take time to ship...but since you demanded a refund...we issued you a full refund, as you requested and recalled the package to be returned to us. We even sent you proof on our end (from our bank) that it was refunded in full on the 6th. We have done our part to refund you as requested and are a fair and honest company. Perhaps you should contact your bank and cover all bases before you post a derogatory slanderous statement like this in a public forum, especially seeing that you've posted all but 4 posts in this forum. |

Therapy Dog Donating Member | I gotten several things from Sassypup and NEVER had a problem. She is a long-time featured seller here on YT and never a problem - if so she fixes it right away.

| I have to say, as a retail shop owner, things happen. It IS very nasty to call someone out on a public forum when there has been effort to resolve the situation. Running a business is very hard & especially hard in these times. |

| Im glad others agree with me, I have never personally ordered from either of them but I do know when I came to this website, GoFetch was one of the first links someone gave me to purchase things!! Im so sorry for the other person as well.. I didnt see that post, I did not start this thread to be mean , it just really hurt me to see someone personally attacked in a public forum.. | I realize it's difficult to own a business but it sucks when you get scammed too so I would prefer if people wrote about their issues with certain online companies so that you can be more shopping conscious. With that being said I'm glad this problem has been resolved and I don't think this will harm sassypup because there are also good reviews. |

| I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Sassypup. I had an unusual, rather complicated experience of being out of town without access to my email and needing a carrier within a few days. She worked with me via YT PMs to assure I was buying the right carrier and then got it to me lightening fast. Her service was above and beyond.
