| New Yorkie ?'s sampoo, snacks, ect. I just got an 8 week old female yorkie. She is currently 2lbs. Her mother and father were about 5 lbs. I am trying to get some information. I have seen a lot of mixed info in regards to shampoos. I have seen a lot of you like pet silk but the closet place it is available around me is 2 1/2 hrs away. Any other recommendations. I was told by a lady that had her yorkie at the vet baby shampoo and conditioner. She is also doing a wonderful job at going outside to potty and I want to reward her for it, but she is so small I dont want to give her snacks and then her not eat. Yesterday we only had one accident in the house which was my fault I didn't get her outside quick enough after she woke up. Any suggestions on snacks? Also most snacks I see say not for puppies under 5 lbs. What do you use for brushing teeth? I seen there teeth can get bad pretty easily. Thanks for the help. I will post Cora's pics soon. She is soooo cute. |

| Good Questions - I too am waiting on replys! First off, "Congratulations" on becoming a Mommy! I am waiting on my new little baby mid-Nov. Her name is Lily. I must wait until she's 12 wks before I can pick her up. I am truly excited to hear your potty training is going well thus far. I only read, and have prepared myself, for a bit more trying time in that department. And I, living in Iowa, am thinking as it gets colder - well, experience tells me they don't wish to go outside when it's cold. I had just lost my first little baby, a Yorkie named Hope, in August. She was only 6yrs... my heart still breaking not having here with us; but, I made the decision I had to get another-they are the most precious loving animals, you will see that too. When we got Hope she was 8 months old already - so I missed out on the real "little puppy" training and such. I will be waiting to hear what the seasoned members on this site have to share... Again~Congrats and enjoy the newest member to your family!!
