Would someone be willing to post a form letter that we can copy and paste to send to each of these companies? I think it will make it easier for EVERYONE to email them that way. I would but my writing skills are less then stellar.

I am late to this thread and I didn’t go thru all post, but I just wanted to add I’ve ordered from them twice in the past and i always got my staff, yeah they do take like 4-6 weeks to ship, but eventually they do (at least in my case) I also inquired once and they said most of their ítems were custom handmade and preordered and that’s why it takes that long. I am not by any chances taking “their” side or saying what they do is right (Its definitely NOT), just wanted to share my experience

When you have the chance/time go through the threads... it's scary that this company get's away with treating the consumer they way they do

Just looking through their categories they carry a lot of brand name stuff which would not be hand made. I think it's more likely they don't keep everything in stock and order items from the vendor when a customer places an order. That would explain a 1-4 week wait. I mean, it's not fair to compare small companies to Amazon.com or anything, but my gosh it should not take 4 weeks to send out an in stock order. I will keep the rest of my opinion to myself because it's not very nice.

I noticed that too.....just in the past 24 hours it's almost doubled!

I did get a response from Petflys, very polite and promising to look in to this further. Also, asking for understanding, as it it is almost impossible for them to control how someone decides to handle their business.

Also, Monkey Daze emailed me apologizing for "my" (ha, you can tell they didn't read the email completely) bad experience with this retailer. Adding that the retailer had not purchased from them in over a year. They were glad to be made aware of this and thanked me.

Did you read all the forum discussion following the story!?! Some people have already done a little research on them and all have scoured through their website. Good!!

One guy nicely even emailed all the people on the Hall of Shame to let them know that their emails were posted on line - the direct conduit for spam!!
