I just sent an email to one of the companies that they sell products for letting them know about the hateful behavior of these neanderthals and told them they might want to reconsider their relationship with these people. If I get a response, I will let yawl know.

One of my huge pet peves is companies that act like the customer is nothing more than a cash cow. The best way to deal with these people is public exposure to the point it effects thier bottom line. :-)

I don't know that I have ever read anything that got my hackles up as much as this did!! One was bad - but with two of them the same????? I am the queen of "benefit of the doubt", but although there is no "excuse", I can't even come up with any explanation!!

If anyone has the time, Omni's suggestions are sooooooooo warranted here!!!

OH MY GOSH Jen..this is absolutely horrendous. I am still baffled that a company out there like this exists. I could have sworn I was in the Twilight Zone!!! You guys have been great with advice and suggestions. We just need to get the word out so no one else has to experience this and really do some background checks on websites prior to making purchases- no matter how nice the site looks or how adorable the merchandise they offer.

Boycotting the products they sell is a good way to have the manufacturers take note and listen to why they shouldn't be doing business with this so called store.

You know what, I went ahead and wrote to The View. It probably won't go anywhere but it certainly can't hurt.

It was suggested to me by a friend that we should all email the suppliers of HandNPaws and forward copies of these rude emails, and links to rip-off report. Some very well known mfgrs sell to them and if they were told of a boycott if they didn't immediately stop their association with this business, they just might listen! Here are just two of their suppliers and email addresses. I'm writing - anyone else?

I encourage everyone who is reading this thread to do the same! If these vendors hear from enough people they may take it seriously and stop doing business with neanderthals.

I am in total shock reading this. I shop online a LOT and I have never heard of a company treating it's customer's so abusively! We trust companies with our private information and they are posting email addresses?!

Seriously, WTH?! It would be a cold day in hell before I ever gave them my cc# that's for sure. When I have time later I will also email their suppliers- thanks for supplying the links Michele.

I just finished sending emails to each of these suppliers. This company can be put out of business or at least won't represent many of the brands we have all come to love, if enough of us make their suppliers aware of the appalling business practices!

You know what's sad (and equally frightening) is that these people will just start another online store.

How scary that people like this have trusting buyer's personal information?!

You also might notify the local newstation about them...wherever they're based and send them all these complaints against them.

I got a very kind response from Pet Fly's. They are willing to look into this companies bad behavior and were very nice in their response. Tammy I was thinking the same thing. These people seem to have the mentality of a 10 year old boy- I would be scared to death to think they have my cc#!
