| Wonder why Canada doesn't look at Petland They also come from Puppy Mills too, and I have heard of dogs being returned back to Petland. I guess Canada is slow on puppy mills, I know on the Ottawa Marketplace report; the Canadian official didn't have a clue on what’s happen. (THIS IS NOT POLITICAL).
