Here in Michigan, I believe that he would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Does not matter if it's human or other, it's still an offense. There was a case last year about a young man and a farm animal that was prosecuted.
It's just wrong.

He is plain out sick and needs help, how could anyone do this to a poor animal? He has no heart at all, I hope he stays in there! From what I have heard guys like him dont last too long in prison.

I remember another thread from last summer with this story.
The kid is a very disturbed individual.

He is due in court on the 30th of January. I wrote a letter to Judge Nancy Ley
back in Aug. I will take the time to write another one and get it out tommorow.

I am shocked and have read this over three time.. I just found this so hard to believe or even imagine..

The guy should be castrated simple as that.

That poor yorkie, I cannot even imagine what his grandparents are thinking they have in their family at this time.. and we all worry about small trauma to our dogs. I cannot imagine how this dog will be after all this..

But I have no use for sex offenders of any kind... If they don't know what the dame thing is for and it's purpose. Then Cut it off and feed it to him raw and don't use any pain killers. Or Shove it where the sun never shines on his end.
