| Welcome to YT I've only heard good things about Canidae! Are you thinking about feeding that food?

| Confused, More and More I've read so many reviews about so many of the dog foods since the summer scare , including the high-end products. Right now, I'm feeding Royal Canin but was planning to switch to Canidae when Johnny got older as I've read the size is a bit large for some of the tiny ones. Vet recommended both brands and a few others that are harder to get. It's more and more confusing with each site you find! How does one make a good decision? |

| Canidae? I've been feeding Canidae since the first part of June. I feed the platinum senior wet and dry. Over on Itchmo towards the end of August a woman had sent in to epertox samples of Canidae all stadges and California Natural. She wanted them tested for her peace of mind. She had sent them in baggies andsome how they were mixed at the lab, so testing had to be done again. The Canidae came back testing postive for acetaminophen. But it all seemed inconclusive, like more questions than answers. So that being said I have continued to feed Canidae. My babies seem to be doing fine. For MY peace of mind it would have been better if she could have sent in an unopened bag of food. But testing is expensive. Through all this pet-food recall it has been a nightmare trying to find the best food a person can. I don't know what to think anymore. I was just wondering if any of you had heard any different. |

Canidae is GREAT, as are Orijen, Innova, Wellness, Evangers, Cal Natural. They are btter than Royal Canin, so you can't go wrong. Best of luck!

| My little guy just loves the Canidae. He's been on it since day one. I have never heard anything negative concerning this food. |

| We have been feeding both our Yorkies and our Rott Canidae since February. We have been very pleased. Vet comments how good and healthy they look.
