| What IS it that makes them fart? Emma's been farting up a storm the last few nights...at first, I thought it was the broccoli in her food, but she didn't have any broccoli tonight, and she still has the toots! It's awful...I'm sitting on here, and all the sudden I get a WHIFF of something awful-none other than yorkie-fart! I took them for a 35 minute walk tonight, and they played pretty hard together too, so I would think that all the gas would have had chances to escape? Anyone have any ideas on why she's passing so much gas, and how to relieve it? (That's RELIEVE, not RELIVE!!! )

| Just like us some things they eat simply don't suit them, I bet its some type of vegetable that she's eating. If it carries on you could always do an elimination diet where you start with one type of food and then every 3 days you add a new one, so that if suddenly she starts farting you will be able to trace it back to the last thing that you added. |

| Layla can't have salmon... phew does she have some bad gass when she does.. but it stays with her for a few days so it might take a while for the broccoil to get out of her tummy |

(I put broccoli in the doggie-loaf-it worked great! It's easy to portion out-just made a 9x9 pan, and baked it, and then cut it up into squares and froze! You should try it!)

| Oh dear! We'll stick to peas and carrots on the next recipes! NO MORE STINKY BROCCOLI for these little darlings! Passing gas is SO not ladylike!

| Have you made the doggie loaf from Dr. P'.s book? If not, try it-it was a hit! And, super easy to serve-I cut it in single serving size pieces and froze the rest. It thawed great, and kept its shape well! And they still liked it even thawed! I might just do this again! My trick was I sprinkled a little shredded cheddar on top-that will make ANYTHING taste great!
