| Going to the Doc tomorrow.. Aubrey is getting fixed tomorrow, and microchipped!!! I am soo sad, because he HAS to spend the night there, I tried to get him out of it. I also asked the vet if they had any animals die becuase I was worried about possibly loosing him, and they said no so that made me feel a little better. Dakota is going to miss her older brother. I made him a new bed, and I don't know what other suprises to get him.. any suggestions? |

| That sounds not too fun. Maybe he needs a few new toys. Is his vet staffed 24 hours or will he be left alone overnight?

| Gosh, I diden't have to leave any of mine overnight. Take a blanket from home in with him, sleep with it tonight so that it has your smell on it. I know how you feel though, Malachi is getting neutered soon and i'm so scared about it. Even though I know the others were fine I still get all worked up about it. I say get him lots of new toys. Good luck |

| He'll be fine, most vets have someone come in every couple of hours when they stay overnight. Buy him lots of toys, and some treats too.

| I just don't understand why some vets still insist on keeping these little one's overnight. I'd much rather and I'm sure you would much rather bring him home where YOU can see after him. I would ask if anyone will be there overnight and if not perhaps you can insist as some others here have that you bring him home and just sign a release. I'm sure, though, that he'll be ok. It's the best thing to do for him and knowing that you are also protecting him from getting cancer in his old age makes it well worth it.
