| My yorkie ate something bad -> NEED ADVICE! Hi everyone, my 3 1/2 month yorkie Tobi spent some time at my bf's house last night, and my bf's dad forgot to close the closet door, so Tobi got a hold of a SPONGE. I didn't see him eating any, but when we came back there were shreds and pieces of sponge all over the floor. My bf convinced me he was going to be fine..but Tobi threw up some yellow stuff this morning (the sponge was blue) and now I'm worried. What should I do?! I'm already planning on taking Tobi to the vet this Saturday...should I take him earlier?! |

| If he continues to vomit, or does not poopie like normal, then yes get him to the vet. Has he eaten? They'll throw up yellow foamy stuff if the tummy is too empty. These little guys get into the weirdest stuff. Expect some blue poopies.

| The yellow stuff is stomach bile. I would keep a close eye on him today. If he continues to throw up or if he doen't go poop, then I would go to the Vet asap. If he ate the sponge, a piece could swell up inside him and cause a blockage. Not to scare you, but def. keep him under your close eye for the next day and then go from there |
