| Doggie Chews I am at a loss to find the safest chews for my Yorkie,Kiwi. I tried the greenies but she bit off the end and swallowed it whole-then started coughing. It scared me to death. Dingos-she chewed the end of and tossed it around her mouth. When I tried to get it from her she tried to swallow it whole. Natural pet chews-I bought some that were suppose to be all natural products-I believe they were made from animal parts-I will hold the chew for her but she gets so greedy she tries to bite a piece off and swallow it. I bought the larger ones hoping this would be impossible but in time she is able to disssect the chew. She loves chews and I hate to deny her of this pleasure but I am not comfortable with anything I have found so far. She always wants me to hold the chew while she is eating it so I am always with her and watching. I never leave chews around. When they get about half way down, I throw them away. Any suggestions? She makes me nervous because she is a little greedy and will run and try to swallow whatever she has if she thinks you are going to take it away from her. She is one year old. |

| I found that both Lola and Chewy like bullysticks and flossies. They are bpth made by Merricks. My husband does throw them away when they get to be about an inch long just to be safe. I hope this helps. I know what it is like to worry.

| Favorite Treats !! Bogey has loved Waggin Train treats ( links & freshies) as a favorite. They are now hard to find & I can't even order them over the internet. Any suggestions ? Cindy:

| I feed my babies some of the Merricks, dried sweet potato chews, and organic dried chicken breast strips!

| Try Antlerz!!!! You can find them online. They are naturally shed deer antlerz and last a really long time without any coloring or flavoring and the pups go crazy for them!!!!
