Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Well they are like babies....you just have to try to get them on a routine. With Diggy, I 1 sleep with him, 2 make sure he has pottied and eaten before bed. 3 say a prayer that he sleeps throught the night....lol Good luck with your baby and sweet dreams!

| Our rule with Loki used to be no naps after 7pm Now I let him sleep whenever because he's lazy and probably sleeps 18 hours a day, including all night... Sammy has the same problem. Also, try feeding later in the day. The earlier mine get dinner the earlier they want breakfast!!!

| Yep, no naps, full tummy, empty bladder and worn out. Gin and I used to play hard for 30 minutes, go out to use the potty, then she would sleep through for about 7 hours. Now? She sleeps or chews on her toys until we are ready to go...When she used sleep in our bedroom, I think we kept each other awake. Now we do much better.

| Mine didn't sleep through the night until he was 5 1/2 months old! I tried everything! He still will wake me up ever now and then for a drink of water or to be let out!

| Wear them out before bedtime! We have only little Oscar since Friday, but he is sleeping through the night so far (fingers crossed), but he does want up between 4:30 and 5:30. If we can get to sleep just a little later...hehe. Emmy sleeps with hubby and me. She goes to bed when we go and gets up when we get up. If she hears noises (animals, loud traffic, etc.) she wakes up and barks, but settles right back down for the night.

| We have only had Dudley for a week tomorrow and we were putting him in his crate at night and he would cry a little and then sleep all night, wouldn't hear a peep out of him all night. Well the past couple of nights, he has slept with us since he pretty much is potty trained but he wakes up in the middle of the night and gets off the bed and then he comes back and wants to play ugggg. So I feel your pain.........Dudley is 7 months. Last edited by KimMaple; 06-11-2007 at 10:33 AM. |
