| Little Blood in Urine After Dylan got his 4 baby teeth removed on Wednesday, he goes to pee and I see litte drops of blood. I took him back to the vet and she said that it was normal because of all the stress from the dental surgery. Does this sound strange? Can someone please let me know if this is normal. He never had any health issues at all. Please some advise. Thanks so much |

| I would not think that that is normal in any way. I would take your baby to a vet that will do a urinalysis and urine culture. It could be a UTI or crystals/stones. We have a member on here who recently had to take her dog in to have bladder stone surgery because the vet misdiagnosed his condition. She's been through sooo much with this. My recommendation is to have a urine sample taken.

| I hope he feels better too. Blood in the urine is not normal though and for Ralphie, it meant bladder stones and surgery to correct the condition. He is now on Hills U/D Prescription diet and seems fine so far.

| He could have a doggie UTI maybe.. definately get it checked out. Blood in any sense of the word coming out with pee/poop means a trip to the vet ASAP
