| 1 year later and he needs his shots which one does he need??? Ok here is my question Rocky is up for his booster shot and rabies shot since it's just been a year since he got his first one. Are these the only two shots that he supposed to be getting or does he need another. I called his vet and asked them which one's does he need to get and they said Booster & Rabies. But my friend called the old vet that we used to go to and they said they need Booster & Rabies & Bordella (i think it's name) so at my current vet is he missing that last one?

| that would be annuals a booster for shots that are given at 15 weeks i believe and some places dont do the bordatella unless you ask its only needed if you board or leave your dogs at groomers

| also, do you have one of those shot record check offs? It should help you determine which ones are needed. Search on the website, it will tell you what is due at 1 yr. |

| as far as the Bordatella (sp?) goes i woudln't recommend ever getting it. It is kinda like the flu shot for humans.. you might STILL get the flu and it only protects against SOME flus.. and some pups have a really bad reaction.. Layla had kennel cough a few months ago.. she was on antibiotics but it mostly just ran its course... |
