| How much did she eat? If I remember correctly, a whole garlic is normally 5-6 cloves. So you tripled the amount. If you puppy does not vomit and has firm stools, she'll be ok I think. Last edited by ckthepilot; 05-16-2007 at 09:53 PM. |

| I'd throw it out. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe to much garlic is deadly.

| DNG Presley Yorkie's Donating Member | Here's some more info to help ease you from too many worries: http://www.garlicvalleyfarms.com/health.html Garlic has pros and cons about its use and I think small amounts are ok. I would check with your vet in the morning cause the only thing I see is it can cause anemia. Your vet might give you iron or something if he feels its necessary.

| DNG Presley Yorkie's Donating Member | If you call the animal poison control they can tell you if it is a big enough amount that they feel you should induce vomiting or not too...here's a list of foods to avoid feeding you pets I found: http://www.holisticdog.org/badfoods.shtml

| You're right ...it's one thing that isn't really good for our dogs - but I'd think in small amounts maybe will be ok
