It's a Yorkie Thing Donating Member | I give my dogs and cats eggs about once a weeks.. seems to keep thier coats shiney. They love them. eggs and in aobut every type of dog food any way. I don't see how it could be bad and it is pure protien and will all be asorbed by the body. Just don't give it too often they are very rich in the diet.

| I feed Roxy and TJ - One Whole Brown Organic Egg (Cage Free and Extra Feed Omegas) I scramble the whole egg, I add 1/2 of a Fish Oil Capsule, 1 cut up steamed green bean, some chopped up fresh spinach and I also add some fine grated egg shells *. I feed them this every Saturday morning * I read on here to save the egg shells, wash them and let them dry and when you have collected enough to bake them at 350 for 10 mins. Then I put them all into the mini food processor until they were like powder. I add 1/4 of a teaspoon to the scrambled egg on Saturdays. |

| um, i guess he just said the egg white because it is the protein part of it. doesn't the yolk have all of the cholesterol? forgive me if i am wrong and sound like an idiot a lot of times, i will have boiled eggs and i personally dont like the yolk so I give that to the doggies. they love it. but he just said the whites so I assumed he knew what he was talking about

| Mojo loves eggs too. We cook them in a little bit of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and had some fresh baby spinach and maybe a sprink of shredded cheese. He loves it! --I do too though!
