| Maggie is Home and the vet said he found nothing wrong after examining her. He said "you know these kind of little dogs are nervous and we both know that Maggie is really nervous" so he thinks maybe it just may have shocked her or scared her so bad it made her sick. But said she didnt throw up anymore after I brought her up there. He said if she seemed to have any problems bring her back and he will do blood work and xrays and an endoscospy exam but he thinks she will be fine. I do trust my vet and he dont try to take you for all you've got. He said on physical exam he found nothing and if he did to all the other test it could run as much as 300 bucks so thats why he said if she had more problems or anything arose later or she started acting different bring her back then he will do those things. But he said he felt all her organs he could tell about, and no swelling in there or anything and no more throwing up. I do trust him. he could of told me we needed all that done and took my money, but he charged me 42 dollars. I suppose that was for the exam and spending the night. anyway, so far, I love my vet and he's never told me wrong about anything so far. thanks for everyones thoughts, support and prayers. I sure didnt sleep much last night and was up at 7:30 am, that is very unusual for me to be up that early. thanks again everyone, this is such a nice, thoughtful, group of people and I'm glad I found this forum last year.

| That is wonderful news Linda. I am so happy Maggie is ok. Boy can they give us a scare from time to time! I am sure she'll feel lot's better when she gets beautified with her new shampoo when it arrives. I hope she dosen't become one big fluff like a couple of the pups did. |

| I'm glad to hear that Maggie is okay!!! $42 is very reasonable! That included the exam and the overnight stay?? Wow, your vet has great prices...Around here, just to SEE the vet costs upwards of $40 without running any tests...

| thanks again everyone. and Yep, she and I sat in hubbys big new recliner and took a lonnnnnnnggg nap. lol. We were asleep I know by 2 or so and slept till almost 4 pm. I rarely take a nap or sleep any during the day unless I am sick but this truly made me feel sick and sooooooooo tired and I couldnt sleep last night so I guess we needed the nap. lol I feel much better now and maggie just got up and drank some water and ate some dry food and just now barked to go out and she is outside. That was the first time she has barked or been outside since she came home today. feels like we're back to normal again finally. Hubby will be happy when he gets here. He actually admitted to me last night that he missed her when I ask him. He was trying to come up with all kind of things that might have just made her sick. I told him, nooooooooo, she was fine until about 30 minutes after I let her fall. But he still demanded me to throw out the hamburger meat I had cooked for her yesterday which was the same as I had cooked for me. he said maybe something was wrong with it. he said, dont feed her anything else except her dry food and if she got hungry she would eat it. LOL, vet pretty much told me same thing just not in the exact way. But said she will never eat any kind of dog food as long as she was getting eggs and hamburger. So I was shocked when she just went back and ate her dry food just now. Wonder why men think they know everything. !!!!!
