| Solid Gold - Just a Wee Bit Hey does anyone feed this dog food? I want to try and switch from what I am on to this. I know I will have to mix it with somthing because it has such a high protein, but I think that it looks pretty good. 6 Star rating... So I thought I would ask if anyone used it, and what they thought of it? http://www.lucy-the-dog.com/justweebit.html

| I have tried to get SParky to eat it, but he won't touch it....it smells very fishy, and he doesn't seem to like fish very much. I have to practically beggg him to eat a little salmon. I sent my daughter to a pet store to get Canidae Chicken and Rice and the associate convinced her that Solid Gold Wee Bits was MUCH better. Well maybe so...........IF they'll eat it! Good luck! |

| Solid Gold is a great food...I wouldn't say it's better than Canidae. I think they are both great foods. I tried to get my Emma to eat the Solid gold Holistique Blendz. She ate it the first day, and turned her nose up at it the next. I tried for days, but she didn't like it.

| The Canidae kibbles are small. They are a little smaller than the Nutro Natural small bites kibble. I just switched mine over to the Canidae and they LUV it! We are using the all life stages.

| Along with my home cooking, my girls get a little Solid Gold Wee Bits. I'm not sure what you mean by mixing it with something because the protein levels are too high. Protein is the same as most other quality foods - in the 24% range......

| I feed our puppy Wee Bits and she loves it. She wouldn't touch some of the other kibble I tried on her, but she likes Wee Bits and so does our cat incidently. Kitty eats it every meal almost. |

| I feed my yorkie and maltese the Solid Gold Wee Bits mixed with equal amounts of Natural Balance Venison/br. rice and the Natural Balance Potato/duck.............twice a day. I add some cooked food with it. Sometimes veggies and sometimes cooked chicken or salmon! They clean their bowls every meal!!! I really like all three products!!

| Well we have to feed Science Diet Small Bites... and it is the worst dog food. We tried soooo many great kinds before but their tummys couldn't handle it! So we have to mix with cheapo still with the Science Diet. But I am going to try and mix in something good until I can eventually ween them off of the crappy Science Diet now that they are both older...

| My dog eats Just a Wee Bit Just a wee bit has been great for my dog. I do put just a little hot water on it to heat it up but not enough to make it mushy. The ingredients are all natural - no fillers that I can see and the small kibbble works well for him. When I first got him he was having alot of skin allergies and the vet suggested I try doffernt food and I ended up with Solid Gold bc of the natural products. He has seasonal allergies now - but the food allergies he was having are gone. |
