| How much does your dog sleep? I was wonder how much your dog sleeps in a 24 hour period. Mya (13 weeks ) sleeps about 14 hours Comic (13 years) Sleeps about 19 hours I am asking this for the people that feel bad about leaving the dog alone for periods of time. I know some dogs that seem to sleep most of the day anyway.

| Sophie is almost 17 weeks old. She normally sleeps 9-10 hours at night, and will take 2-3 one hour naps during the day. I'm home with her all day, or she's out with me doing errands and stuff, so she's pretty tired at bedtime. |

| How do you guys get your babies to sleep so much? Lucy doesn't sleep through the night ever. She is turning 14 weeks on Monday. She is usually up every 2-3 hours. She is home all day by herself so, she might be sleeping then but, I wish I knew how to get her through the night. |

I play with her (usually fetch) and take her for long walks. I keep her busy with dog bones and toys. We spend about 3 hours a day one on one time with her. I also take her out to see people, that with the neighbourhood kids playing with she is worn out and sleeps well through the night.

| Cairo sleeps between 15-17 hours every 24hrs. My vet said this was totally normal considering how hard she plays and runs when she is awake

| Jack sleeps from 8.30 at night, gets up at 6am with my husband, pees, then goes back to sleep on his lap until about 7.30. During the day he takes a nap about once every couple of hours. While playing like a mad man while he is awake. There is ususally no middle of the road with him. He is 7 months old.

| Jeremiah is 6 months. But I am sure when he sleeps because I am usually knock out before 9:30pm. But I think he sleep about 8 or 9 hours in a day. If you include naps with his mommy.

| Bailey's 5 months old next week and sleeps usually 8-9 hours at night and then maybe an hour or 2 during the day. Now that school's out for me, he's not alone during the day except for if I have to run to the store or run errands and I catch him sleeping with Dozer once or twice a day. Other than that, they're up & running around |
