| I had never fed Brandi, Cesar till I read about it here.....I wanted to see what all the hubbub was about.....because I knew she'd "never" eat it....... Well BOY was I wrong......that was the best I ever saw her eat.......doesn't it figure one of the worst foods.....is the one they love most..... My vet and I had a conversation about the Cesar.....he even said his dogs love it........and he knows it's not good for them...... |

| Personally, I would never feed mine Cesar's or anything with by-products. Of course, that is my personal choice and not necessarily that of others. I do not have picky eaters so that's a plus on my side. However, I believe that any food is better than no food. If your furbaby will only eat this.....then why not? My toy poodle attempted to be picky....I never gave in to her desires.....she snapped out of it and realized she doesn't run her meals I do spoil them every now and then and home-cook some of their favorite foods........makes their day

| Which thread was it? I just bought my puppy several things of cesar food because it was one of the kinds the breeder gave me. How is it bad for them? and what is good food for them to eat?

| It full of biproducts. It could be beaks, spleens, legs, uneatable parts. Dont feed it. I used to feed it to mine and they loved it also. But it has been described as feeding them McDonbalds every Day. Mine now eat evangers moist. Merricks makes a good moist also as well as Canidae

Mine LOVE Evangers chicken drummetts..........the food smells and looks just like real human food. You can see the peas, carrots, pasta and whole baked chicken

LOL, a lot of people compare it to eating McDonalds... but for me, I liken it to eating a Jack in the box TAco and curly fries!!...or maybe a bloomin' onion from Outback...or food from the county fair (delicious but deadly!)... LOL I did give Chloe her first taste of Cesars when she was being especially picky one day. I had a coupon for a free one, and I thought, "one container of it won't hurt her." Besides, I wanted to see if she ate it with the gusto that many on here say their dogs do. She ate it, but by the time we scooped out the last bit from the container 3 meals later (she doesn't eat much), she was bored with it like everything else. Which is fine. After all, I did feel a little bad giving it to her. But if it is the only thing they will eat, it beats starving! | |

BANNED! | I read that Evangers Chicken Drummetts have bones and are not recommended for small dogs even though the cooking process makes the bones softer and edible. Have you read that? |

| Brissy was real picky with her dry and so I tried a tad bit of cesars with the dry. She went nuts. Well I decided to switch her to Innova and I mix a bit of the wet with the dry. Same reaction. She's spinning for her food. A little can of the wet goes along way when you mix it, say like 4 days. She stlil loves it and the Innova is soooo good for her. |

| Mine did fine with the bones they are tiny. Some of Merricks canned food has the little bones in it too as well as Natures Variety raw
