| Floppy ear? My pup is now 5 months and his right ear has suddenly become floppy. His other ear sticks straight up like it is supposed to. Any tips for getting his ear to stand back up? |

| Is your pup teething? I heard that ears (might) flop when puppies teeth, and then they go back up. |

| I have been told to clip back the hair on the ear to get some of the weight off them.

| hmmm make sure you trim the hair on the ear cause it can weigh it down. Then I would tape it to help it stay up! I use to LOVE the long hair on the ear and the floppy ear look but ittakes away the look of the yorkie. My stud is tiny and he has this amazing think coat and I should have trimmed his ear when he was younger but now he's got the floppy ear and I can't bring it up anymore. But he's still my little cutie pie! |
