| Chicken/Rice-how to prepare Our new little Milli is sick for the first time I've heard that it's a good idea to give chicken and rice after a bout of vomiting/diarrhea, but I'm unsure of how to prepare it-can anyone help? Is white rice ok to use? I have frozen, boneless chicken breasts-will these work? I have heard to boil the chicken...is that right? Thanks! |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Yes you can boil the skinless boneless chicken breast and white rice is the correct rice. I just bake the chicken and pat off any grease real good. Hope Milli feels better soon. Do you have any nutrical to give her?

| Thanks for the quick response! I don't have nutrical, but I did give Karo right away, since she's still pretty young...16 weeks and 3 lbs. I'll get dinner going shortly! Thanks again! |

| I usually just boil the chicken and use the broth to cook the rice in, they love it.
