| baby teeth at 7 jmonths old I am wondering does their baby teeth fall out after 7 months? I can see Siu Pao's 2 huge bottom canine teeth and his adult teeth is already out. We seldom play tug and war so maybe we should start? I have not decided if I am going to neuter him just yet but if not, should I get his teeth pulled out at 7 months?

| When are you planning on getting him neutered because I think you can wait a while on getting the teeth pulled. I wouldnt have him put under anesthia twice unless you definitely have to

| Ferdie is 7 months old and his just started falling out. Once they started falling out, it went fast. I started playing tug of war with him a lot also to give his baby teeth a little extra help.

Yorkie Yakker | teeth Hi, I just picked up my Gigi this past Monday. She's 7 months old as well, her bottom canines (is that right?) are inside of her baby teeth. My vet's office has a separate dental office but I think I'm going to play tug-of-war with her before I venture down that road. I spoke with another vet last year about smaller breeds and baby teeth, he thought I was imagining things and informed me ALL dogs lose their baby teeth. We'll see.. |

| With most of the Yorkies that I have owned. I have had to get some baby teeth out with their spay/neuter. It is very common with this breed.

| Yup.His 2 bottom canine adult teeth are out and the baby teeth is still there! It looks weird! I might just get the vet to take them out because it doesn't look like it is coming out on its own?

| Well....My little boy has been to the vet today, and he has most of his baby teeth in his lower jaw...my vet said that as long as he is not in pain there is no rush for him to have them out, however, my concern is that he is only tiny, he is a kilo 2.2lbs, and i am worried about the fact that he has to have anestetic... He also has a testicle retained, and he is 12 months next month... I came from the vets in floods of tears, as there is a greater risk the smaller the animal...but these teeth do need to come out sooner rather than later... I have had a series of bloods done to make sure that there is not any problems that cant be seen just by looking, a liver function and kidney function test.... Its a tough one, but i think that one op should be done, rather than having 2 at diffrent times...

| My guy will be 7 months on the 17th and he will be getting neutered next month. He has finally lost most of his baby teeth except for a few remaining on his top row (have the 2 rows up there). My vet said if they werent gone by next month he would probably take them out while being neutered...but also said it could take up to a year for the smaller breeds to loose all of them. |
