| Solid Gold Users.... I am currently changing my dog food from Merrick to Solid gold wee bits. I have also started the Seameal. I was wondering if someone thinks it is ok to use the Flaxseed oil also with the Seameal ? I'm asking because Ellis has (had) itchy dry patches of skin, and his coat was horrible. I started putting a California Natural supplement ( a oil) in his food, and oh my goodness what a great differance it has made. He stopped scratching, and the dry skin went away, plus his coat is thicker, shinier, and softer. Problem is I cannot find this supplent anywhere anymore and he has started itching again. So, should I wait and see it the seameal will help, or add the flaxseed oil to his food also?

| I don't know anything about Seameal or adding Flaxseed. We also use Solid Gold Wee Bits (though Sissy only nibbles a few bites) and we use Missing Link as well. I have been told that the one downside of Solid Gold is that is can dry out skin. We haven't experienced this, but she doesn't eat much of it.

| Can you buy the California Natural Oil online? I've never heard of Seameal, but I know that Flaxseed Oil is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, which will really help his skin. |
