| Chicken Soup and Diarrhea??? I've been feeding my puppy Chicken Soup for Puppies for about 4 weeks. The first two weeks after the change, she was doing fine--solid poos. The last two weeks have been a mixture of solid poos, soft poo and then all out diarrhea. My vet thought she may have giardia (sp?), and gave her meds. She seemed better for a few days, but now she has the on and off soft poo/diarrhea. Has this happened to anybody who feeds their pup Chicken Soup for Puppies? Does this sound like a food issue or something more serious? Please help!!!

| We've been feeding that for months and have had no problems at all. I would think that if you haven't had her in for a stool test, it's probably a good idea to plan that. Wouldn't want a little problem to get out of hand. Good luck. |

| 3 puppies and all fed chicken soup dry kibble exclusivly, two are a year now and one is still a puppy.... all are fine... never had an issue.... Sorry hun.... Giardia (sp?) is a nasty digestive bacteria infection and can kill dogs if not caught in time.... It will cause major digestive upset! If thats what going on... it may take a bit for baby to get back on track... but your vet should be monitoring every step of the way! these guys are too small, a day or two is all it takes and they could be gone! don't take any chances!
