| Tink's hair is falling out in chunks It's been doing this for about a week. At first I thought she was being a little too rough with her poodle brother and he was trying to put her in her place. But, now that she's alone, it's still coming out in clumps. She doesn't really look spotty except behind her knees. I know her skin is dry 'cause she had dandruff so I switched her to oatmeal shampoo. No dandruff anymore but now she is scratching. She's on Royal Canine Puppy 33 which the vet said was good. She eats well and seems healthy. She's 15 wks old. Her fur is very fluffy and soft like down feathers. She goes to the vet on the 3rd I think for her check-up and I'll ask him then. But meanwhile do any of you Yorkie veterans have any ideas for us? She's gonna be bald soon at this rate. |

| Well due to her age and the fact that her hair is falling out she may have mites. I am sure the vet will do a skin scraping to check for this. And maybe a blood panel is in order. I am sure your vet will figure it all out. I wish you luck with this problem. |

| Oh my! I hope little Tink is alright! AND I definitely hope it isn't mites! That poor thing! Have you taken her to the vet again?
