| Feeling blue Little Bit had to stay overnight at the vet's because she was spayed & had 6 teeth removed today. I've called several times & they say she is okay but they just keep them overnight. It just makes me sad that she is in a cage in a strange place and maybe in pain & wondering why I took her there. |

| She will be ok....just think how happy she will be to see you in the morning She is drugged up right now so she really won't remember much of this night. I know you miss her, I miss mine whenever I am gone overnight. I was overnight in the hospital a few months ago and my husband told me she wandered around all night looking for me (but the next afternoon after I begged to go home) Bailey was waiting and curled up right beside me in bed after bringing me all her toys incase I was up to playing Get some rest so you will be able to take care of her tommorow When I picked Bailey up from the vets after her surgery, I brought her bed with me with her favorite blanket so she could rest comfortably on the way home. Take Care,

| Awww Just know she is safe, calm and being taken care of. In the morning you can put all this ordeal behind you and hopefully never have to go through it again. Try to get some rest |

| Little Bit is home safe & sound & my biggest problem now is not letting her overdo. She has pain medicine for 3 days & I will give it to her but she sure doesn't act like she needs it. |

| I know my vet said if I kept her quiet, I could take her home the same day. But Venus didn't have any teeth taken out. That night, I put her in her crate, and put the whole crate on the bed (her crate is big) with me. She did ok, but was really out of it, most of the day and night of the surgery. I think they like to keep them overnight, cause most can't deal with a dopey dog. They are really out of it, and worries some folks too much. So glad your baby is back home now. After Venus's 2ond day home, it was all I could do to keep her from jumping on the sofa. Sheesh, after this past weekend, I just gave up. Today (one week later) she's jumping on and off the sofa like nothing ever happend. |

| Oh, that's good to hear. We are planning on taking her with us on a trip to MD (from TX) the day after Christmas and I was afraid the trip might be too much for her but the vet said it would be okay. Thanks for all the encouraging replies. Quote:
