| Eukanuba vs Royal Canin, What does your baby prefer? Tinkerbell recently turned 1, so I figured she needed adult food since she is no longer a puppy, I went to petsmart and found royal canin for Yorkies and purchased it, now Tinkerbell is eating it but not like her old food. What should I do? Also the pebbles are alot bigger and Tinkerbell is rather small She liked her old food better, I also have a maltese and he is eating royal canin for Yorkies Is that ok? or not? She is eating it but less of it, is that normal? I free feed, meaning my babies always have food on their bowl, day and night Thanks. |

| Royal Canin Rocky loves it! He first tried our friends Royal Canin (just saw the bowl and started eating it) and he ate all of it! Didn't even touch his own food! So when he turned 10months I bought him the yorkie one. Our boxer was on Eukanuba when we first got him, and he kept eating his poop. Eventually my mom took him off of it.

| mine has eaten the eukanuba, yorkie food, and royal canine, now i have a big bag of wellness, they dont seem to like it so much so I bought these little boxes of mixables and I add about 1/4 a pkg to each of their bowls and mix it up and they eat it all now. But once this is gone thought I would go back to the yorkie food . The #28 I think it was but it was for 10 months and older and maggie isnt that old yet and kizzy just turned 10 months but they seemed to eat it better than the other. Its is smaller kibbles.

| OOOHH...NO!!!! I started feeding my baby Eukanuba...never again..not after all the bad things i heard about it. I havent feed her Royal Canin, But what i do feed her is Solid Gold, and the one i feed her is called "just wee-wee bits" you should try it, really improved her coat...and she loves it, small little pebbles so my baby doesnt have a hard time chewing...

| Eukanuba! Why on earth would you feed that to them? Eukanuba are owned by Proctor & Gamble you know - who kill cats and dogs in experiments for this very product! How then, knowing this - could you continue to feed it to your pets? Just a question More info on this at:- The Truth About Proctor & Gamble - HOMEPAGE Please reconsider feeding this to your pets - I dont think its right to feed this to the very animals who die for it every day! You can download homecooking recipes for your dog also at http://www.i-love-dogs.com/software/...-Cookbook.html There are some excellent recipes in there for loads of different main meals and treats - they sound gorgeous! |

| Baci was on royal canine when i first switched him over to adult food. However... at the time I didnt know he had a sensitive stomach and all royal canine did (although he loved the taste of the food) was give him the yuckies. So, we switched to Nutro for sensitive stomachs. There is a picture of a yorkie on the bag. The bits arent to big but they arent small either. But Baci likes it and no messes for me to clean up. So just keep an eye out!!

| Eukanuba is linked to Iams who has been linked to animal abuse and testing. I would never touch anything that was linked to Iams!! Royal Canine is a food many Yorkies do well on, but it does cantain some controversial ingredients and fillers like corn and beet pulp. Some foods I always recommend which are made from top notch ingredients & companies are: Innova (can be found at specialty shops), Wellness, Natural Balance, & Solid Gold (all can be found at Petco.) If you have a Petco nearby, you can try them and see how it works out!! Good luck to you!! Remember, use what works the best for you and your baby!
