| Help needed, my baby isnt eating as much I've noticed that over the past few days my little 10 month old baby Lazaros has been on a different eating schedule. Usually when I wake up at 8am i feed him a couple of spoons of his newmans chicken/turkey meal. He usually is very excited when he sees it and eats it quickly. However, over the past few days, he is just eating a little at first, then leaving the rest for later (sometimes doesnt even finish it). He has been doing this on every meal (i give him 3 meals a day instead of 2 because he had a problem with going to bed on an empty stomach). I am thinking that he probably isnt that hungry anymore or he just wants to eat a little less(maybe i am giving him too much food per meal???) He is around 6 pounds. ...anyone have any thoughts on this??? |

| Maybe he is eating less because he is becoming an adult? As long as he is eating.........I wouldn't worry too much hon.

| I must add........I overfeed my baby. He just loves to eat and never refuses. He eats like 5 times per day but is extremely active. He is very chunky too. I just can't stand him dragging his bowl for food or thinking he's hungry so he always has dry kibble in his bowl. I feed minimal treats though. I know someone who can help you will read this soon. Most people are at work right now, but you'll get responses. Good luck!

| Puppy not eating Hi kinetika, According to Dr Jane Bicks puppies are notorious for being poor eaters. They are usually too interested in life to give food a second thought. Unlike us, conditioned to eat at certain times, when they get hungry, they will eat. Sometimes we spoil our pups and they wait for us to give in and make them an "exciting meal". As long as he has no sign of illness and is active, you can win this match. You simply must resist those puppy eyes. Put his food out, and he will eat when he is hungry, provided he isn't ill. Wish you and Lazaros the best. |
