| Worried! This morning my little guy Tyson let out a cry when he was going number 2? Do any of you guys have any idea what could be wrong? thanks |

| His little anal glands (which are on either side of his anus inside) are probably full. Higgins had this as a pup and has had to have the vet empty them twice. I know when they are bothering him because he "scoots" on his little butt across the carpet. The vet said they can make pooping uncomfortable. Some groomers express the glands as part of their service (mine doesn't), but all vet will do it. Take about 1 minute and is not costly at all. |

| Thanks Higgin's Mom, this is the first time he has done this....and he hasn't shown any signs of this before (i.e. scooting on his butt) He is only 4 months old and I thought it would be when they are older that that needs to be done. Thanks for your help! |
