| puppy shots... Ok today wyatt got his last shots...first two given by the breeder..and this one was with me at the vets...now he got all of them today...of course he cried....but now he is seriously drowsy...like he sits down and they he dozes off..and then lays down...but its scaring me cause he got the shot around 3:30 and he is still sleepy....why?? Is he okay?? The vet said if i want i can give him a small dosage of childrens benadryl...but all it is..is the side effects of the shots....what should i do?? Im scared for my baby... Did your furbaby do this when he/she got their shots??? Please help!! A Mother In Need!!!

| puppies always sleep alot and even more after shots...he should be fine by tomorrow...keep an eye on him eating and drinking but all should be fine. Remember your puppy is still a baby and should naturally sleep a lot.

| Is he back to his self today? my vet says it is like your skin babies after a shot, they get feverish and sick for a while but are usually better the next day.

| When Tigger got his shots he was out all day!!! You couldn't even touch him without him whelping. Bear he was drowsy all day and just slept on my lap. It's normal he'll come aroudn.

| Thanks everyone...wyatt is doing great today....he is up playing and barking and eating and drinking...i feel al whole lot better....last night i couldnt even touch him without him crying...and he slept with me the whole night cause i wanted to keep an eye on him..... But thanks for the help....
