| Yorkie cry for help. I wrote a couple weeks ago about my Yorkie not eating. I have had her to the vet several times. She now wants to eat but keeps throwing it back up. The Vet gave her medicine for nausea. She is still not herself. She has lost weight and only weighs 2 1/2 pounds to start with so she can't afford to lose any more. I noticed last night her head is jerking a little. She is only 4 years old. She is just all skin and bones right now. Has anyone experienced any problems like this before. |

| I think I might try another vet. Sounds like she may have something a little more serious than nausea. Keep us posted and I'll send up a prayer for you and the little one. |

| If she is not eating, did the vet tell you to give her nutrical. You mentioned her head jerking. Makes me think she may be having a hypoglocemic episode. Do a search here on YT. There is alot of great information here. Also look at the thread that was started for new people it also has great information. The link below will take you there, just click on it. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ighlight=amber

| I'm sorry I am no help on this one. What else the did the vet have to say? It sounds like a more serious problem. If nothing else, do you have another vet close by to get a second opinion from? I'll keep the prayers going for your little one! Keep us posted!

| I agree with everyone else. If your vet isn't getting to the bottom of this, you need to find another vet! Best wishes...I'll say prayers for your baby!

| Your vet definitely needs to start running some blood tests and get to the cause quickly. When they are this little you don't have a lot of time. I bet a simple blood test will point you in the right direction and you can do further testing from there. I'll be thinking about her and keeping her in my prayers. Please keep us updated. |

| gosh I'm no help but I definitly just said a prayer for your baby! If I were you though, I wouldn't even wait a second. I'd rush her to the vet, or if my vet was only open certain days I'd take her to a vet hospital! That sounds very scary for both of you, try to remain calm, getting scared might scare her! but definitly go to the vet, and don't let them shrug it off, get mad if they say that it's nothing, or it's not a big deal and it will go away! it sounds dramatic but this is your baby! they wont realize how important it is if you don't make them see |
