| Roxy didn't have any pain meds either and she was fine. She was a little sore the first day after I brought her home, but she was just quiet and slept most of the time. The next day, she was pretty much back to normal except for jumping on and off furniture. That took about a week. But she never cried. Maybe Gracie just wants to be held and reassured that everything is ok. She might even be a little scared, that's an awful thing to have happen them when they don't understand. Just keep an eye on her. i hope she is feeling better soon and back to her old self. Roxy sends Gracie hugs and puppy kisses.

| It upsets me when they send these little ones home with no pain meds. Maybe you could call your vet and tell him she needs something for pain. Poor little Gracie! Maddie and I send get well wishes!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I would just lay with her as much as possible and comfort her. My pom cried for 2 days when I had her spayed 9 years ago and I took 2 days off from work to stay with her. After that she was fine. My one Yorkie Gracie came home and acted like nothing happened and Cali was very lethargic for days. They all react differently but you know he best if you feel she isn't doing well. I would call the vet. Good luck and give her gentle hugs from Cali.

| You stated she is not use to the kennel. Take her out and comfort her. Don't let her jump around and keep her as quiet as possible. Put a blanklet on the floor and let her lay there. She just needs reassurance and hugs. She must be still frightened. Good luck, I am sure she will feel better tomorrow. |

| my vet didn't give Lady any pain med either...i had her in her crate, but shes used to it, and she slept a lot the first 2 days....if shes not used to the crate that could be why shes crying, maybe try keeping her out and make a nice bed for her, but keep an eye on her cause she needs to be kept quiet |
