| Bully Stick Alternative? I was wondering is there an alternative to the Bully Stick? I love the fact that the Bully Stick cleans teeth and is long lasting to keep my boy busy. However, I hate the way it smells. So I was wondering, is there is any other product that does pretty much the same thing the Bully Stick does without smelling so bad? |

| Yes it's called a Flossie stick. My coco goes just as nuts for that and it has NO SMELL. It looks like a bully stick but doesn't smell like one and it's all spirally. The only ones I've ever seen are made by Merrick. You can buy them off the Merrick website. They are called Merrick Flossy Sticks.

| The "Merrick's" bully sticks that we buy have no offensive odor whatsoever. The generic ones at another pet store in town sure do though. Check around because they are no more expensive here, but they sure are much nicer. Crystal absolutely loves them. Have seen a couple of sellers on E-bay. |

| We just bought our first bully sticks. They were Merricks, and they don't smell.

I guess I will try them. Does anyone know if the Flossies are made from the same "tendon" as the Bully Sticks. My Bachee loves Bully Sticks but like I said I hate the smell. The one I bought was from the pet store so that is probably why it stinks so much. Also, I would rather he be chewing on a different "tendon" so if Flossies are from a different body part I will buy them. | |
