| Just wondering At what age should you feed just dry food and not be moistening it anymore? Thanks!

| About 8 to 210 weeks, switch over gradually. Offer some of both and see which one they eat. When they start eating the dry then you can eliminate the moistened food. |

| I left dry food out AND dry mixed with wet ever since I brought my little girl home around 8 weeks. On her own she started shying away from the wet and started eating the dry. That was when she was about 10 weeks old. She is now 14 weeks old and I don't ever put the wet out anymore. I would continue to give them an option and gradually switch them over. I would hate for you to just one day completely stop giving the wet and then her not eat. You know? Maybe try mixing the wet with the dry and each week decrease the amount of wet you mix in and increase the amount of dry. |

| ok, just read your previous post, i was talking about canned food, not water. i've never moistened it for him. he'll eat dry food just fine though, started at about 3 months or younger. im guessing they just have to get used to it. |

| Does anyone still feed both? I give Cooper dry and canned 2c per day! I didn't know you were supposed to stop the canned. Does the canned help keep the coat and skin healthier? What's the harm with canned food? |

| I switched mine from wet to dry by grinding the dry up with the food processor. made it smaller chunks. LOL( I didn't want them choking). I made the wet a little drier each couple of days. that was when they started sprouting teeth.
